Restructuring of the Berlioz space

Project owner: City of Plombières-les-Bains
Program: cinema, third place, tourist office
Surface area: 2,680 m2
Cost: €4.2 million excluding tax

The building plays an important role in the history of the town of Plombières-les-Bains. Built in 1878, it was the former casino of the spa town. Modified in 1905 and modernized in 1948, it still hosted table games, balls, and other tourist activities for visitors to the town. It is now a multipurpose space with a cinema and a tourist office in the Rotunda.

More than just preserving the existing building, the project aims to restore the essence of the historic building. We are restoring a number of elements that have been altered by a series of modifications.
